Couscous with Mango Chutney

3/4 cup water
1/3 cup Hot Mango Chutney ( I use the Mrs. Balls hot or chillie chutney)
1/4 cup frozen whole-kernel corn or tinned
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2/3 cup couscous, plain , uncooked
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped

Combine water, chutney, corn, garlic, bouillon and pepper in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat; stir in couscous and bell pepper.
COVER; let stand for 8 minutes or until ready to serve. Fluff with fork; stir in green onion and cilantro.

P.S.(I leave out the cilantro and have been known to sub cucumber for the bell pepper cause I often have a chunk of cucumber laying around, left over from sandwiches)
