Madeira Cake
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
2 teasp Baking powder
1 teasp vanilla
4 ozs (113gr) margarine
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup of milk
Beat all ingredients together adding the milk last for 3 minutes.
Mixture should be thick not runny.
Bake 180º C for 55 mins in a loaf tin.
